This Privacy Policy explains how Mawbynna Farms Pvt Ltd ("Mawbynna Farms", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information you share with us through the Mawlaii website at mawlaii.com (the "Site"). We comply with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your information is stored on infrastructure provided by Shopify and other reputable service providers. While some of this infrastructure may be located outside India, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place for any cross-border transfer.

We retain order and tax-related information for as long as required by Indian law (typically eight years for tax records). Marketing preferences are retained until you opt out.
