Where we ship

Mawlaii currently ships within India only. We are unable to fulfil international orders at this time.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Custom or limited-edition pieces from any of our houses may take 3–5 business days to prepare; if so, this is noted on the product page.

Carriers

We work with reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket and similar. The choice of carrier is at our discretion and based on the destination pin code and parcel weight.

Delivery timelines

Indicative delivery times once dispatched:

  • Metros and Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote pin codes and the North-East: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on courier capacity, weather and local conditions.

Shipping charges

  • Orders of ₹499 and above — complimentary shipping across India
  • Orders below ₹499 — flat ₹49 shipping
  • Cash on delivery, where available, may carry an additional handling fee

Tracking

A tracking link is sent to your registered email and phone number once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive it within 3 business days of placing your order, please email support@mawlaii.com.

Delivery attempts

Our partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (less any non-recoverable shipping cost).

Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at support@mawlaii.com with photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
