Shipping policy
We want your MAWLAII order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is how our shipping works.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote pin codes may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is shipped with tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, write to support@mawlaii.com.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after repeated attempts, the order will be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it if possible, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mawlaii.com. We'll make it right as per our Return & Refund Policy.
