These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mawlaii website at mawlaii.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from it. The Site is owned and operated by Mawbynna Farms Pvt Ltd ("Mawbynna Farms", "we", "us", "our"), an Indian private limited company.

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order. By using the Site you confirm that this is the case.

2. Our role

Mawlaii is a curated multi-brand retailer. We carry products from independent houses including Adviah, Rochcha, Kaiyo Tokyo and Farnup. Unless explicitly stated, products are made by their respective makers; Mawlaii's role is curation, listing, sale and fulfilment to you, the end customer.

3. Account

You may browse the Site without an account. To place an order you will be asked to provide your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and for the confidentiality of any credentials you create.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of (a) suspected fraud, (b) errors in pricing or product information, (c) failure of payment authorisation, or (d) inability to ship to the requested address. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers including Razorpay. Mawlaii does not store credit card, debit card or bank account details on its own servers. Your use of any payment method is also governed by the terms of the relevant provider.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss in transit transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please note that consumable products — including spices, blends, honey, superfoods and latte mixes — are not returnable, in line with food safety norms and standard industry practice. Damaged, defective or incorrect items, including consumables, remain eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Intellectual property

The Mawlaii name and logo, the design of the Site and all photography, copy and editorial content are the property of Mawbynna Farms Pvt Ltd, except where attributable to a specific maker. Product names, logos, trademarks and design elements of the houses we carry (Adviah, Rochcha, Kaiyo Tokyo, Farnup and others) remain the property of their respective owners. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

10. User content

If you submit any content to the Site (reviews, photographs, comments), you grant Mawbynna Farms Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe any third party's rights.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, and not to interfere with its normal operation.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to describe products accurately, including specifications such as weight, ingredients and origin, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Product photography is illustrative.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Mawbynna Farms Pvt Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
