How do I know what size my dog needs?

Measure the neck just behind the ears with a soft tape. Under 30cm = S/M; 30–40cm = M/L. If between sizes, size up.

Is the snap secure?

Yes — sturdy metal snap with two-position adjustment. Holds even on dogs who paw at things.
